Sefton & Liverpool Women in Business CIC (SLWIB) is a network of women who want to inspire, help, encourage and educate other women and girls within their communities. Membership is free to making it accessible to more women in our community and our members experiences are wide and varied.

Initially, SLWIB reached out to women who are, have been or aspire to be in self employment, so they could share their wisdom, inspire with their experiences and advise other women who wanted to become entrepreneurs. Since it’s foundation in June 2013,  SLWIB has grown to offer even more support and advice into employment, FE, HE and volunteering, and we continue to grow.  We currently have over 3000 members!

SLWIB know women and girls  are extraordinary, have unique skills, talents, abilities, and passions in life and  different responsibilities, priorities and experiences.  We also know women and girls have many barriers to tackle which affect their perceptions of self and diminish their aspirations.
